CottageCare Kansas City & Lee's Summit

I'm the new General Manager at Royal Meadows Golf Course. The bathrooms needed some serious attention. I called CottageCare and they came out that same day, gave me a great quote for cleaning twice a week, and they were out 2 days later doing the initial deep clean on the bathrooms. One of the best decisions I ever made was hiring CottageCare to clean my home. Carri, specifically, does such a phenomenal job. She’s so thorough and whether she has appointments after mine or not, I’d never know because she’s never in a rush. I also love that she’s so good with my dog and that the company itself is pet-friendly, including the cleaning products they use! CottageCare does a fabulous job of communicating with me ahead of my appointments and are always flexible with my ever-changing schedule. Safety was our number one concern and we just love everyone. The managers routinely come by for quality control checks But it really feels like catching up with friends and they always do such a good job regardless. Very impressed! On time and on budget. Cleaned top to bottom in 3.5 hours. Cleaned the baseboards and hands cleaned the floors!!! Super job! The supervisor came by to check the work. Just excellent and I signed up for regular cleaning. Thank you!!

I used Cottage Care for the first time yesterday. I’m getting ready for knee surgery and wanted to make sure my house stayed clean while I was down. Gavin came to clean. He is kind and easy to be around. I feel like in my prime I was a really good housekeeper but this young man exceeded me by a mile. He took extra care to do my fans and baseboards.
