Great people. They do lie and are inauthentic. I don't appreciate these qualities in people. Honesty isn't hard and I believe honesty is what will change the world. If people can deal with an honest answer it would be a better place to live so I'm going forward with full honesty in this world without pretense without fake seniority but authenticity and realness. I have learned a lot. I appreciate your effort. I will take my overqualification elsewhere. May you have a lovely day or your life bring you peace. I know you struggle with such things. I’ve been working with Cottage Care for about a year now, and they have consistently done a great job. Their house cleaning services are thorough, reliable, and always leave my home looking and feeling clean. They pay close attention to detail, from cleaning baseboards and floorboards to dusting ceiling fans and hard-to-reach places, which really makes a difference. The quality of their cleaning has been consistently good, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I especially want to give a special mention to Tamika, who does an outstanding job every time. She is detail-oriented, hardworking, and ensures everything is cleaned to a high standard. Exceptional cleaning, great price, easy scheduling and amazing customer service. I had attempted to schedule a deep cleaning with another local company and had Issues with responsiveness and poor communication about scheduling. After getting frustrated, I sent a message to CottageCare. By the end of the day, they had reached out to fully explain all of their services and had me scheduled for my deep cleaning two days later! The deep cleaning was fantastic and the ongoing communication from the original inquiry, to the scheduling, to a the follow up "quality control" call after the cleaning was incredible. I had planned to just do a one time deep cleaning. But I was so impressed with the reasonable price and the high-quality work, I'm now scheduled for ongoing routine cleanings!

This is a wonderful company. They are very serious about making sure you are satisfied with their service with frequent check-ins. Lala, Lindsay and their team are full of grace and VERY easy to work with. Highly recommended! So much so that we hired them at Bartonville Christian Church and when a family need arised, my family hired them for that need also.

Jessica and all Cottage Care associates do a consistently excellent job. Great attention to detail. Lou in the home office always communicates in advance. Everyone very helpful accommodating and nice Highly recommend!!!
