I clean houses and dog walk here. It is somewhat of a gated community. Very well lit, clean, safe, and well-manicured. The Cottages are bigger than some houses I have seen. The particular Cottage I clean has an open-concept dining room kitchen living room. It also has two nice sized bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom has a nice bath. The guest room is very decent sized. Another full bath downstairs with separate laundry. Upstairs has to huge L-shaped bedrooms I joined with a Jack and Jill bath. Also comes with a nice screened-in back porch and one car garage.
If you are a stanch Republican, you will be welcome here. I made many enemies in this neighborhood because of politics.
Love Public Park and Walking Trail.
