We have worked with Tom and Kyle for over 5 years. They have provided a variety of services, most specifically landscaping and yard maintenance. They have always been responsive, respectable, and transparent about what they could do, what could not be done. They provided guidance and instruction through the process. I have always appreciated Cottam's perspective that the yard is the project. If the grass did not need to be cut because of drought, they called that out. Great partner. Our winter projects consisted primarily of plowing services. Again Tom and Kyle have been great about when to plow, and when it was not needed. I always felt a partnership with Cottam. I was not a funding source, but a partner in creating the best work. I fully recommend their services!

We needed snow removal at our residence after the last huge storm. They were prompt, courteous and the cost was reasonable. Will definitely use their services again.
