Cotti-Johnson

I pay monthly for a Cotti Johnson care plan. I receive plumbing and electrical inspections as well as annual maintenance on both my heating and cooling systems. This past week, Geoff came by to do my heating system maintenance. I forgot to schedule it before heating season began and the main office called to remind me! I was Geoff's third call of the day. He called me about 30 minutes before he showed up to make sure the time still worked for me. He was friendly and kind to my two dogs and cat and very respectful of my time and my home. I am an energy engineer and have a deeper than average understanding of my HVAC system. It was nice to have a technical conversation with Geoff about its performance. Today JT from Cotti and Johnson came to my house to remove a broken bulb from our bathroom fixture and replace a dangling kitchen fixture. JT placed on shoe coverings and went to work. He was in and out in under 30 minutes. Before he started any work, JT was able to provide clear pricing so there were no surprises. He created a workspace and that space was spotless upon completion. I truly thank Cotti and Johnson for their clear communication and quick and thorough service.

Kevin did a wonderful & thorough job with our electrical issue. He assessed the issues, found the problem site, and finished the job in a timely manner. It was great working with him & Cotti-Johnson!

Found Cotti on Angi's list. They responded immediately and booked an appointment quickly as well. Austin the tech was great, prompt and neat, kept me in the loop for my plumbing repair. Would definitely recommend to use them.

Update: Still impressed with this company! We opted into the maintenance program, and Jim Cyr came out and did a great job. He validated our concerns with our aging water heater and set up an appt to replace it. Josh was incredibly efficient replacing the water heater AND coordinating with the town to manage a repair to our main water line (improving our water pressure in the process!) We are happy with the service and skill of everyone who has worked on our house's HVAC, plumbing, and electric! ****** We needed work done on our gas furnace. We'd had another company come out and they indicated concerns about our furnace, but the visit turned into a sales pitch without adequate explanation of the issues.
