We recently had the Cottingham team install a tile backsplash (it was completed earlier this week). They handled everything from procurement to installation. The process was great from start to finish. There was a small hiccup I noticed after the first day. We reached out and the team made it right. It was clear they truly wanted to make sure that both they and I were happy with the results. We're extremely pleased with how it turned out. Process-wise, all quotes came through digitally and we were able to pay online (which, you'd think everyone would be doing nowadays, but isn't always the case). I found Jennifer unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked about re-stretching a small area of carpet that had bubbled, my question was quickly dismissed without any attempt to explain or assist. Based on my experience, this company is not customer-oriented, as my concern was dismissed without any effort to assist.

Wes is the best. The team led by Solliman did excellent, methodic, intentional, attention detail as they installed hardwood thoughout my home. Our home looks spectacular. Very pleased.

I worked with them 10 years ago. They did such a great job we decided to find them and use them again. We had a backsplash tiled with glass tile. It was not easy to cut but their persistence paid off and I have a beautiful backsplash. They were timely and courteous...we would use them again.

Cottingham is the best in the business. Great family owned business. The Cottingham's have great communication and do excellent work with an honest and fair price for their services.
