As a contractor, I've been working with Cotton for many years... they have done some excellent work on foundations and flatwork many times, on various projects for us through the years. We built a 20,000 industrial facility in Welland, ON and Cotton Inc. did all site works including site preperation, grading, storm and sewage and foundation and mezzanine, side wilks and ashphalt. They are first class contractor and certainly the best contractor that worked on our project. Highly professional, honest, punctual and dedicated. Our project manager, Diyar Iransoost is amazing. He is highly knowledgable and pays attention to all details with extra cares and provides very adequate and to the point advises.
