From start to finish, Couch Potato was spectacular! We were recommended to them from a family member and I’m so glad we chose them. Their prices were reasonable and they had a large selection. They were very responsive and made appointments in a timely manner. When it was time for installation, they worked with my schedule to find a day and time. Amazing customer service and communication! Dave, the sales rep is very friendly and very responsive! The installation crew is timely, neat and pays close attention to detail! They clean up all messes and will fix anything (within reason) that you do not like. We completely re-did our upstairs with carpet and LVP and could not be more impressed! Definitely recommend and will be using again in the future!

They were quick to get out and get measurements and the timeframe to install was within a week and a half from ordering the material. Ceasar did great work, was clean and professional.
