Great communication and timely/efficient work! Our furnace went out, we reached out to Coulee on a Sunday evening, and Sean was here right away Monday morning to look at it. Our old furnace was at the end of its life and needed to be replaced. They made the process easy and were back the next morning with the new unit. It was replaced and up and running in no time. Highly recommend!

Our a/c was not working. The same day I called, a technician, Sean, from Coulee Heating and a/c came out. He was very courteous and efficient. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and even gave some advice on how to clean the outside of the unit to help with air flow.

We reached out as interested in getting quote to replace AC & furnace; impressed when we received prompt return call, owner came same day & was polite (this was 7/2 or 7/3) ....HOWEVER never heard back from him & today is 7/16. Apparently he doesn't need our business; we'll go elsewhere. In response to your reply, is that a robot message? Software would have nothing to do with it. You were here but never provided a quote.

Well…it happened on the first hot day of this year. Our 30+ year old Trane was stopped dead on its tracks. My wife and I talked about calling one of the AC companies we seen commercials on TV. But, we heard from a friend about CRHAC and the good experience they had. So…I called and got in touch with John. The same day…almost the same hour, he showed up at our door and looked over the situation. We were not surprised that it needed to be replaced being so old. We were expecting this to happen some year. He quoted us a price right there on the spot. John was willing to get us someone to work on it in a day or two— which surprised me. I hate to have to say this, but nowadays, it is sometimes very hard to find good service. Seems like Ever since Covid struck the concept of good service diminished. Fortunately my heating and air conditioning guy still keeps good service out on the forefront of his business. So just a few days ago, my air conditioner started making a growling noise. So I called Jay Yehle ,(the owner) and told him what was going on. In less than one hour Shawn, the service tech was at my house, had my air conditioner opened and knew what the problem was. He went back and ordered the part and today that part is installed and my air conditioner is very quiet again. This is a prime example of top-notch service. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Seriously, don’t even bother call
