Absolutely fantastic service! James had someone out to my house less than and hour after I called! The technician was very knowledgeable. He found the issue in no time, (an oxidized heating sensor). He cleaned it off and the heater is now fixed. No trip charge or labor charge at all, instead, he just earned a customer for life! Very smart way to run a business.

I had an issue with my gas furnace recently and Jim's team came quickly to evaluate. They informed me of the problem but more importantly, relieved me of any danger that could occur. They didn't charge me even after I offered to pay for the peace of mind and safety of my family.
