Extremely disappointing. Measurer arrival window between 2-4. Arrived at 7:30. Very late. Asked for the counters to match. She told me the edge and said they would They came to install on time. Didn't notice the edge was wrong. Couldnt even get through to the owner to talk about. I would NOT go to Brian and counter advice. Wouldn't even have a discussion about the edging. I made a mistake signing. Least the could do is be a commendable company and help a nurse and a teacher of two young kids. Very disappointed. Learned my lesson to pay extra attention. I would go to a company that cares.

Every employee was professional, helpful, knowledgable, on time and very kind. A special shout out to the installation team. They really went above and beyond to deal with problems that they did not create but could be helpful in resolving (this is what happens when remodeling old places). I am an eager reference for this small business. The owner, Brian, clearly sets the right tone and example for the team. Congratulations to all of you!

Counter tops and backsplash were installed quickly; however, finishing work such as outlet cover plate reinstall and finish caulking were not completed or completed extremely subpar. Wall finishes and outlet cover plates were damaged to the point of needing repair/replacement. Caulking was done to a subpar finish. Upon bringing poor finishing work to Counter Advice’s attention, they were quick to deflect and patronize my concerns and implied that I had unrealistic expectations due to HGTV; unbeknownst to them, I have years of experience as a construction management engineer. If you are looking for quickly installed countertops and don’t mind finishing the work yourselves then counter advice is for you! Their employee’s were courteous but lacked the finishing skills for the job to be comple

Countertop and backsplash installation was done no where near up to our standards. Templates were incorrect, employees gloated about being slow so they would earn more money, the job was left unfinished, etc. The company told us the backsplash install would be only 1 to 2 hours max but instead took 6+ hours and we had to ask them to stop because it was getting so late.

I would highly recommend Counter Advice. They have installed countertops in my house 4 times now - bathroom, 2 in the kitchen, and downstairs bar. They always do a quality job in a professional manner.
