Do. Not. Use. Horrible experience. I'm a general contractor and would never use them again. The counters were a month late because they had issues with the employee we were dealing with. Then the counters were cut to the wrong length. We never got a call from anyone explaining our options, to apologize for the delay or ask when we needed it done. They just came back three weeks later to finish. When they installed the island slab, they damaged a large section of sheet rock. When I reached out to the owner to get it repaired, she claimed that they had nothing to do with the damage and blamed it on a moved receptacle when that outlet had never moved. I explained that to her and requested again that she send someone to repair it. She then called my husband, instead of calling me when my phone

We have used Counter Designs twice. We put granite in our guest bathroom about two years ago, and we just installed quartz in our new master bathroom last fall. They do excellent work and are very communicative. They kept me up to date on the progress and were very clear in what needed to be done in what order to prepare for installation. We are getting ready to do our kitchen now and have scheduled an appointment for a quote on counter tops for that room.

The best experience, the best service, the best quality anyone could ask for. I highly recommend this company. They did my counter top fantasy brown and it is amazing. They called me after to explain the maintenance I might have and how to keep my counter top clean properly. They encouraged me to call them if I have any questions. It’s great to do business with the best.
