We had a really positive experience working with counter fitters. Carlie (sp.?) was great, & very responsive. We love our new countertops, & they were installed beautifully. Bonus, they had the best prices around, & I know because I shopped around & did my homework! I'm so glad I found them! I'd insert pix, but besides the pretty new countertops, our kitchen is still a construction zone 😬

We worked with Carley at Counter Fitters to replace the counters and backsplash in our home. After considering a number of options, we decided to go with Silver Waves granite. Everyone from Counter Fitters that we dealt with was professional and easy to work with. Since we were not replacing the cabinets, the fitting of the single piece backsplash with tight tolerances was challenging, but they handled it beautifully. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result.

We are repeat Counter Fitters customers. We worked with Bailey Huggins and she was great! She provided several recommendations and showed us the actual slabs so we could see the entire pattern. She also provided small samples we could take home to see the color / shade in our space. She answered all my many questions right away. She was patient and knowledgeable during the entire process. Everyone else involved from the template person, fabricators, and installers were polite and obviously took pride in their work. From personal experience, not all counter top companies have the same standard of excellence and customer support that Counter Fitters has. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again myself without hesitation.

Building a house can be stressful. We visited the showroom to choose our countertops for our new house with Bailey. She was so helpful and understanding that this was a stressful task. We came back for a second look and made our decisions. She was very helpful. Oscar and his team installed them. They look amazing!! I was so happy to see everything come together so beautifully.
