Needed a new top for our laundry utility cabinet since the new dryer is two inches narrower than the old one. Counter Pro had nice laminate material in a good color and cut it to size at a good price and quite quickly.

After spending almost 4 hours trying to order countertops at a different place down the road on S. Willow, I had a friend recommend Counter Pro. I went and was shown my options, they gave me a 4 day turn around (other place gave me 6-8 weeks) at nearly 1/3 of the price. I literally almost fell over. They were so easy to work with. They’re going to be cutting my sink hole. All in all, I am THRILLED that I found them.

Very rude and wasting my time. I came here on a recommendation that they do good and fast work at a fair price. I needed a replacement desk top. I needed it to match exactly to the existing damaged one. After I gave them my specifications required, they said they would email me back with quotes. They emailed me back basically saying what I wanted was too complicated. I tried simplifying it, then the responses started becoming condescending and rude. Saying I was changing my descriptions of what I needed. Finally, I got out of them that the thickness of the desk top that I needed, 5/8", was something they do not stock and I should look elsewhere, this was done again in a rude fashion. I worked with Deb on this order. At first I order just a kitchen countertop which I was very happy with. Deb had mentioned that they also do bathroom cabinets as well. We did need a cabinet with a sink in a rush and I was very pleased that they were able to do this for us in such a short period of time. I was told that the kitchen countertops were going to be just over $400. Great! and when I added the two bathroom vanities it would come to $620. I even specifically said "$620 for everything including the kitchen countertops?" and Deb confirmed that that was my total price for everything ordered. When my husband went in today to pick up our items we were NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Apparently $620 was only for the bathroom cabinets! Not the FULL ORDER as Deb led me to believe. $620 is only for two
