Great people! Great experience! They cut some pieces for my office furniture. It all fits like a glove! It's beautiful AND prices are VERY reasonable! Definately would recommend you go here. They have a great reputation. I had a VERY bad experience with another stone company in the area to the point I had to hire an attorney to get my money back... so naturally I asked around before I ordered again. I spoke with 5 people who had work done at Counter Tops Inc. and had great reviews from all of them.

We bought our countertops from here in 2020 and are in the middle of a house refresh. As a part of this refresh, we moved cabinets and walls, and needed to have our existing stone re-cut and moved. CTI was very accommodating and responsive to this complicated request, and completed the cut, seam matching and reinstall beautifully. Very happy with the initial purchase and install, as well as the ongoing service!!!! Please note: photo is not complete project, just completed stone. Waiting on caulk (after drywall finish )and panel for install on left side of cabinet!

Multigenerational company with top notch customer service and employees. Have used them for 4 houses in the last 20 years- 2 of which were complex remodels requiring custom fabrication etc.. Excellent selection of stone slabs to choose from. Friendly and accommodating staff.

* Incompetent from start to finish. * The person who booked the job failed to communicate important details to the workers * Worker arrived unprepared for the job, with the wrong tools. * Left the job unfinished without any communication. * Owner complained about the time spent, claiming they were doing us a "favor". That is why we must have received the $450 estimate, for the "favor". * We hired them to modify existing granite, owner complained we didn't buy them from him, countertops were installed 25 years ago. Just shows how poor their communication is. * Their incompetence delayed our project, costing us time and money.
