I can't express how pleased I am with Countertop Factory. The entire process was so painless, affordable and accommodating. So, I started with a call and a visit to their showroom. Found a couple of samples and brought them home. They answered all of my questions along the way. When I was ready I submitted a simple drawing with simple measurements. They have me a quote, which was below other laminate vendors I've tried. When I said yes to the quote they came out to do a full measurement on it. This is where things got interesting. My oven (pictured) barely fits in the space between cabinets. When measuring things they caught this without me saying anything. And they made plans for it right then. I am very pleased with the counter top they made me. I randomly found them using a google search for laminate counter top manufacturers. I emailed a whole bunch of different manufacturers to get a quote and time frame. Countertop Factory was actually the quickest and most prompt in their responses. Many actually didn't even respond. They actually came in at 1/2 to 1/3 the price of some other stores we looked at. Their pricing was even a little better then home depot, and a lot less hassle. Initially I was told it would be a 3 to 4 week turn around due to their current workload, but then they caught a break from some big projects and knocked mine out within a week of placing the order. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I went to the Countertop Factory with an idea of what I wanted, but also wanted some feedback. Rod in the showroom was awesome, gave me some helpful insight and took great care of me. I got two smaller vanity countertops for 2 different bathrooms, and they are perfect! The turnaround time was extremely fast and the guys worked around my schedule. Any questions I had were addressed very quickly, I received responses to my emails within the hour, and the customer service was outstanding. Any time I called in, I was addressed by name and was treated like I was the most important customer, even though I know they were extremely busy. I received a beautiful product AND amazing customer service, and it's hard to find both anymore. Not to mention, the pricing was great
