After stopping by Countertops in Naples, I made a quick decision to use them to do my bathroom counter and top. What sold me was the salesman. I meet Gabriel who was unlike most salesmen I have had experience with. He was warm, kind and I was able explained to him what I needed and what I had to spend. After our conversation I discussed the project with my husband and returned to Countertops and Gabriel processed the paperwork. We were on our way. I then made a trip to their Ft. Myers location. There I was able to find the granite top I wanted. It was so beautiful I added a waterfall to continue the beautiful pattern. She gave me detailed answers to all of my questions, and I felt confident with my purchase. The template was scheduled and done faster than I had anticipated. Last but certainly not least, the three gentlemen who came to install my granite were polite, precise and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you all!

Such a professional company. They walked us through the entire process and it was seamless. We ordered a special waterfall edge for our bar-top and it is magnificent. Would recommend them to anyone interested in new countertops!

From our very first visit with Enrique who helped us plan out our Quartz countertops, to the measuring and then finally the installation, everything went smoothly and professionally. There was constant communication and they answered any and all questions that I had. They always made me feel comfortable that I would be happy with their services and we were very happy! I had a very disappointing experience with ML Countertops and More. While installing my new kitchen countertop, they removed my original sink without permission and replaced it with a defective one that already had spots on it. The countertop itself was poor quality and not at all as promised-dull, not shiny, and clearly substandard. Communication was extremely difficult because the workers spoke no English, and on top of that, my garbage disposal was left incomplete, missing its top. When I tried to address these issues, the company was dishonest, lying, disrespectful, and even yelled at us on the phone. In the end , I had to hire another company to completely redo the work. ML Countertops and More never compensated me for the damage or inconvenience. This entire experience was stressful,
