Country Breeze Heating & Cooling

They installed a complete new unit that has never worked. The heat will work good but the first summer using the AC and the entire unit froze up. They can put and said it was fixed but continued to freeze. Every summer it has frozen and know they are refusing to come fix the original problem that they never did fix. I would avoid doing business with this company. They are very shady and will try to rob you of your money.

Horrible experience new install only took eleven days to actually get a working heat pump. Two different heat pumps installled and the first one was wired wrong after we called another hvac person to look at it then we had second person to confirm wired wrong the burned up all the boards in the heat pump. People at office never call back no communication until you leave them a nasty message on there machine. Five years ago they had a great business but now I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

Country Breeze was recommended to us by someone in the commercial heating/cooling business, so we had them install a new zone heating and air system in our home. There was some difficulty getting the correct parts to get it working correctly due to the previous wiring configuration, but they went the extra mile to special order everything that was needed. Their people are all very polite and professional from the top down. They are also extremely honest and let you know exactly what you need without trying to constantly upsell you unneeded equipment and services, like many of the other local companies do. They're a good, honest, locally owned company and we're so glad we found them.

Country Breeze was quick to respond to our “no heat” issue. They decided we needed a new furnace to the tune of $20,000. A new furnace was ordered, turned out to be the wrong one and was missing the heating components to make it work. 2-1/2 months later, with no heat, and 13 phone calls to the office looking for updated information on what was slowing the progress of getting the wrong furnace issues resolved. Nothing…. Finally made the decision to call someone else, they came and within a week had the furnace up and running, at a price well below the original quote of Country Breeze. The people that work for Country Breeze are great for the most part, but this doesn’t make up for the lack of customer service we experienced, and no heat for 2-1/2 months.

Had a great experience with Country Breeze. Great communication, prompt and professional. Mason, Amber and Jill were all wonderful to deal with. Mason had to get in the house one day with no one home but the dogs, and I completely trusted having him in my home. Will definitely be calling them again for future needs!
