The pricing was fair and the flooring options were beautiful, but we did have problems after the installation with floorboards tearing up at the corners or gaps between floorboards. We called nicely probably a dozen times over the course of a year following the installation to see if someone could please come fix these problem areas. We were told multiple times that they’d send someone to fix it but they never did. It’s two years later and I already need a new floor due to the damage caused in the areas that weren’t addressed. Everyone at the shop were really nice and friendly, but the job just wasn’t done well and there wasn’t much help after the fact. In case it makes a difference, I will add that we put in the new floor due to an insurance claim after a kitchen flood.

Advertising in the Journal Era is discouraging, choosing to use the “adopt don’t shop” slogan instead of sticking to a flooring themed advertisement. This is difficult to understand at a glance, and touts a slogan that is close minded.

Best place to find a great selection of beautiful carpets and rugs! Lynn helped me choose and take home samples to get an idea of which pattern and color looks best. They were able to get my rug in a timely fashion for a special occasion and were great to work with. I highly recommend.

Five Star Plus Review. From Ken the owner, to John the salesman/designer, to Ross the installer, they are just great people. They make it so easy to work with them to provide you with a quality product. Ross installed our luxury vinyl flooring impeccably and when there was a minor problem, that the manufacturer would not take care of, Ken took care of our issue and did the right thing. Our floor looks even better now than it did a year ago. You can't get better customer service anywhere!

We were given plenty of time to choose the flooring we wanted. We had two large rooms carpeted and both bathrooms retiled. Mike and Brandon did a great job installing all of it. Pricing was reasonable and customer service was 5*. So nice to know that there are local companies that you can count on.
