A1 service! Dustin was exceptional. An all around great experience. We had a difficult job with needing everything and Dustin went above and beyond. We have used Country Comfort for service and Installation. If I could give 10 stars I would. Dustin has a great attitude, keeps you updated every step of the way. It didn't matter there was snow covered roads, freezing temps and a difficult installation, he said he would take care of us and he did. Honesty and Integrity can be difficult to find these days and this company has that.
Dustin is very experienced. I think the prices are reasonable and service is exceptional. Dustin took his time to educate me about the nuances of the system. Did not try to sell more than I needed. While he was testing the system, he ended up uninstalling a humidifier that was not working. He is now my go to HVAC expert
Highly recommend! Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable on what options there were for the issues I was having. Thanks again! I will definitely be using them again.
