I wouldn't even give them a star. The gal in the office is super nice but couldn't give us a time or day that the installer would come out. The installer came out and never called. He pulled up to the house and before we could get to him he left (5 min). He won't answer his phone and doesn't have a set up voicemail.

We bought a house and when we went to have the gas turned on the gas company said we weren't holding pressure, so no heat. It was mid October and a big frost was coming in. Country plumbing showed up the next day and took care of us. Gas was on the day after can't ask for much better response time in Rural areas. Thanks again!

I've heard nothing but horrible things.. they apparently will "conveniently" leave items at the shop and have you pay for their time gone.. I've also heard they are very unprepared for most jobs.. from my personal experience.. I've tried calling 7 times in a matter of two weeks to get an estimate, seeing how they are the "only ones" that go to sugar city, and no one answers... At all.. and I left a message, but they don't want to return phone calls either.. I should probably give a one star, but seeing how I can't even talk to anyone, I cant give a fair opinion..

Country Plumbing responded quickly and completed necessary work in a timely and efficient manner. Definitely i would call them again. Thank you!

Was great. Within 2 hours i had a new water heater installed. Couldn't be happier with the service! 💯
