I wish I didn’t have to write this, but I don’t know how else to communicate with Mike. We started looking for someone to refinish our floors in April and connected with him in May. After playing phone tag a few times, he can out to see the place late June. He agreed that he would do half the house in July then the second half in August. During the inspection, I asked him, “What do we need to do to reserve your services?” He said, “Nothing, just respond to the email I will send to you on Monday that you want to move forward. Then, I’ll call you two days before I’m coming out.” By Wednesday, we still hadn’t received a quote. Gave him a call. He said he must have sent it to the wrong address and sent us a “new” one.
