Update- Last week a rep from Countryside came by and replaced the damaged sprinkler head. So all is well that ends well. We would’ve been happy to wait and have it replaced when they were less busy but it would’ve been nice if someone would’ve reached out and told us that was the plan. We hired Countryside to winterize/blowout our sprinkler system. They performed the service and later that day we found a sprinkler head blown off the system and laying on the lawn. We called them several times asking for help and all they would promise was a phone call. Finally almost 2 weeks later someone came by and dug a hole in our yard and put the sprinkler head in the hole without connecting it to the system. Poor communication and deceptive how they “fixed” the damage they caused.

My lawn has never looked this good in all the years I was trying to do it myself, Jeff and his crew have been spraying my yard and installed sprinkler system and well and got me all set up and have routinely came by to check on it. I'm super happy and pleased.

The good folks at Countryside Lawn & Tree Care took care of my previous home for 4 years then I built a new home & trusted them to give it the care it needed. They've been taking care of this home for 27 years. I get more compliments on my yard and have referred a dozen neighbors to them. They do what they say, when they say and they do a great job, but most importantly, they have some very knowledgeable people that can tackle any problem that creeps up. Best service in town :-)

I just signed up for them to handle my yard (other than mowing) and I've been very impressed so far. Estimate was quick, communication was great. They got my first treatment done within days and started up my sprinkler system as well. My other sprinkler companies would literally be in and out in a matter of minutes - these guys spent the time needed to check all the heads and mark everything for repair and next day guys were already out making the repairs. They found head issues my previous sprinkler folks overlooked. If this is any indication, then I think my yard will be in good hands!
