After some thorough research and interviewing 3 roofing companies, we ended up selecting Countryside roofing to install our leaking skylights. The overall experience has been a positive one! Mike, the Sales Manager, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Out of the 3 companies that we interviewed, he had the most clear and concise response. In addition, he answered all my questions correctly! On the day of install, I was concerned that it rained that morning, but Ken, the owner was Awesome! Via the phone, he gave detailed explanation of why the rain shouldn't hinder the quality of the install or shingle adhesive. From the very beginning, the salesperson, George C., was thorough, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He spent significant time educating me on the nuances of the roofing materials, installation process, and proper venting, which I truly appreciated. When the installation team arrived, everything unfolded exactly as described—smoothly and like clockwork. The crew was efficient and very detail oriented. We met Ken McKendree 20 years ago and hired Countryside to replace our roof, siding and shutters. Ken kept us well informed every step of the way. Ken handled getting approval from our insurance and when his crew came, they were fast efficient and when the job was completed it exceeded our expectations! Countryside Roofing installed a new roof on our house on 10/3/2025. The project manager, Bob Sammarco,was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He and his crew worked very hard and quickly getting the job done in 1 day. Also did a great job protecting the garden and shrubs as well as a thorough clean up.
