Stay away from this supplier! Customer service is very poor!! They don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls and ignore both you and your flooring company if your product is defective. Even sadder is that the poor service is coming from the Customer Service Manager, Lourdes Perez. Prestige Carpet and Tile did a wonderful job installing our vinyl flooring. The product was defective with dents in our new floors in several areas of the house in less than 1 year. We contacted Prestige, who promptly came to our house to take pictures and filed the claim. Within 3 months from the initial claim date, Steve Levine, who was sent by Lourdes Perez with Courey, came to our house to also inspect the floors & take pictures.
