EV fast chargers don’t work half the time. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Feels very scammy - avoid charging your Tesla here

Do not park here it is a scam! They charge an exorbitant fee for a “monthly parking permit” yet will scam you and won’t let you out of the garage unless you pay an additional daily fee. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional customer service. Fraudulent business be aware!

The staffs are scamming all the people as well as acting tough and very mean. It’s says the first hr is 8$ but they charged me 12$ in first he and when I approached them they don’t have explanation. Pls be careful when you go and charge your car. Staff are misusing public money. Responsible person should check once so everyone benefits

EV Connect chargers do not work. Don’t waste your time.

I parked at this parking lot for almost 7yrs and had no issues until now. I understand you have to increase your price but to almost double it is insane. They are taken full advantage of the growth in the area.
