Parking at the courthouse for the Jaguars Football Game 🎯 🏈 Nonprofit Vendor

This is the best place to park, anywhere near the courthouse. It's clean and well maintained, but the best reason by far is your attendant, Daron! He ALWAYS has a huge smile for everyone and takes the time to greet everybody coming in, and chats with you a minute, on your way out. I don't know how he remembers everyone's names and details, but he always asks about people's families, jobs, or any other details they've shared with him! And it's just beautiful that he tells everyone to "have a blessed day!" What a wonderful inspiration and a much-needed, refreshing person to see after being in the Courthouse! He's definitely a keeper!

We were not sure about parking downtown however parking at Duval County Courthouse Parking Garage was a great experience. Super easy. Clean and safe. In particular the attendants there, so friendly and made our experience a good one. Thanks Duran!

I was apprehensive about going downtown to the Courthouse, as parking is always 'interesting' in downtown, but I used Google Maps, which took me right to the Clay Street entrance to the Courthouse parking garage. A young man was working, not in a little windowed hut, but standing right at the mechanical arm. He asked how long I planned to be there, and handed my machine-generated ticket to me. Then he directed me where to park in such a pleasant way! I was right across the street from the Courthouse, crossed at the pedestrian walk, and was in and out in 30 minutes. The same young man walked over to the exit arm when I was leaving, helped me with my debit card payment, wished me a Blessed Day, and I was out and on my way home. Come ON, City of Jacksonville! Way to GO! Give this man

Convenient location, clean garage, and fantastic customer service. Randy, Daron, and Joseph are the best—always smiling and so helpful! I enjoy greeting them at the start of my day!
