I used the pay by plate lot off Twiggs. Easy to get in and out of. I only saw one walk up terminal, additional walk up terminals would be more accessible. You can use your phone, too, but I'd rather the security of a physical terminal - too many data breaches on apps lately. Very spacious, though. A good alternative to the parking garage. It would be amazing if they dropped solar panels on the pay lot for shade.

Don't park here for Jury Duty go to Twiggs St Garage you'll get in for free. Park here and you risk getting it mixed up with city parking. Real shitty to put the two meters so close to each other so you think you paid for parking but then you come back to a $50 fine for non payment. Private parking is a scam let the city run it

I was in my car paying for parking on the mobile app and little did I know the parking attendant wrote me a $75 ticket for nonpayment. There was a line of people at the pay station because everyone was having trouble with the app and the pay station. This dude was having a good time writing everyone tickets that were not warranted. Thank goodness I had screenshots of my payment so I could fight the ticket, but it took four months to get it waived.
