Courtland Painting exceeded our expectations. We got several estimates to paint our one-story Thousand Oaks home and thought our best chance for success was to go with Chad, owner of Courtland Painting and Color Design, and boy did we hit pay dirt! You see, we wanted to change over to a California coastal look with light neutral colors from dark mushroom stucco with brown engineered stone. We felt Chad had a keen eye for color and after he applied several test paint patches to the stucco, viola we knew what we wanted. But what to do with that dark stone? Chad was the only painter who had a real plan. He introduced us to a “lime wash” process no other painters told us about. Courtland painting did a fantastic job painting the interior and exterior. They even painted the exterior wood siding with the flame retardant paint required in our fire zone. RELENTLESS ATTENTION TO DETAIL! We bought a house in Thousand Oaks in August of 22 and just recently found time to address the exterior painting of our new home. Our home was beautifully painted by Courtland Painting & Color Design. The baseboard which was badly damaged by the floor installers was totally restored and it looks like new now. I do not like remodeling, but I was very lucky to find this company. Chad is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, patient, accommodating. He is a true professional and an artist at what he does. Chad Courtland and his team at Courtland painting are first class professionals who are the absolute best at what they do. What I liked best about working with Chad is how thorough and detailed oriented he is with every aspect of the painting process.
