Jose and Oscar are very nice people, but can’t rely on them and they became very unprofessional no showing for follow ups. Jose, when you take someone’s money in full for a project to put a new lawn in, agree to be the maintenance landscaper, and agree to come back to fix incomplete items, fertilize, weed kill, reseed and bring the new seed in professionally and then ghost the person that’s being a deadbeat who should be dragged into court. Called you numerous times promised to show up and didn’t.
