I hired Cousins USA for my move from an apartment in Fort Lauderdale to a house in Pompano. Clem was very professional, honest and transparent when he gave me the quote. Gabriella, Joe and Angela kept me informed before, during and after my move. Their customer service and communication is second to none. During the day of the move they were punctual and careful with all of my furniture. Everything was packed & protected and when they arrived at my new home they unpacked everything and assembled all of my furniture. From the start to finish their service was impeccable. My advice: When moving hire smart, hire local and definitely hire a family owned & operated company. Thank you to the entire Cousins USA family for making my move seamless and stress-free!

The crew of 4 arrived at 8:45 AM and finished at 8:30 PM. They handled everything from taking apart my existing furniture and putting it back together at my new home. They were very professional and courteous. They wrapped everything in moving blankets to ensure nothing was broken. They had to make two trips because I had so many things. This was an amazing experience, and if I ever had to move again I would definitely use them again.
