Couto Construction

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Couto Construction resolving our roofing issue. We had to have an old skylight removed. Andy Gregoire, our sales rep, was friendly, professional, reliable, and extremely communicative. He stayed in constant contact with updates and check-ins throughout the entire job, which gave us so much peace of mind. The speed was extremely impressive - we first met Andy on a Thursday, and our roof was fixed just TWO DAYS later. The crew, Rodrigo and Clauninei are amazing. They are incredibly kind, hardworking and attentive to all of our questions and requests. Rodrigo and claudinei are a great team. They did quality work efficiently. I cannot say enough about these 2 guys. On the other hand couteau was a big disappointment and hassle to deal with a lot of stuff was written up and charged improperly again, the crew was great. They only did what they were told and it came out good.

I had an ice dam that required clearing due to leaking. I first worked with Andy G. who was extremely helpful in coordinating the job. Claudinei and Romario showed up for the job and were very kind, extremely hard workers, and produced great results!

Rodrigo and Claudinei were very professional, informative, knowledgeable and finished the job easily. The entire process was very easy, and the crew was clean and cautious of the landscaping.
