Carlos and his crew are *awesome*! They came within a day of an emergency situation, and worked under hazardous conditions (raw sewage flooded the basement) for over 12 hours to make my basement cleaner than it has ever been. They removed all of my contaminated things, bleached and scrubbed every inch, and sanitized *everything*. The crew were as nice as could be, and refused our offers to help out. Right now giant fans are drying the area, and they even fogged to kill any lingering bacteria. During this time of Covid worries, we are indeed grateful to have found such a wonderful business.
