Absolutely awful. This company subcontracts to individual cleaners and just skims off the top. In exchange they literally offer nothing in return. If you have a problem, you need to work it out with the cleaner. Missed cleanings (not at all uncommon), partial cleanings, cleaner gradually stops providing full cleaning, you work it out with the cleaner, not their problem. They literally provide no value add. Their service field rep literally said to me he's not responsible for the quality of the service. His only job is to assign a cleaner. After that, it is the independent cleaner's responsibility for quality and you need to work out problems with them. Again, what is the value they bring? Nothing. Remember to provide termination notice or they'll claim the contract renews for an

I was extremely disappointed with the oversight & management that Coverall of Atlanta provided for service at one of our offices, as well as the actual cleaning. The company they subbed out and assigned to work for us started energized & efficient, and then problems arose and continued from there. Whether it was not showing up over the weekend or still being in the office when we arrived, timing and communication always seemed to be issues. The owner/operator/head cleaner continued to complain about wanting more money than we negotiated, and it seemed as if they took on more than they could chew. We tried working with them month after month but, after so many problems and disagreements, we decided it was time for someone from Coverall to step in and help resolve things. Unfortunately,
