I noticed some poor reviews from 2 years ago, that’s too bad. i don’t know what has changed on the business end but i’m telling you there is no possible way that this is the same group running this fabulous business! We had a great experience using Coverall. Larry walked us through every step of the process, and made us feel like we would get the most attentive superior service. Larry was right. Service was excellent, no hidden fees. I’ll be using Larry over and over again.

Terrible cleaning and customer service, difficult contract to get out of. They sub-contract out to random managers that have no accountability to the company reputation. Our manager had her elderly father cleaning large buildings by himself most of the time, and our restrooms and lunch rooms looked terrible until we switched companies.

Larry Peterson was a pleasure to work with! He is knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
