From the Pandemic to Progress — Coverall DC Has Been Amazing! I’ve been a Coverall franchise owner and can honestly say the experience has been rewarding. Like any business, there are ups and downs, but the support from Coverall of Washington DC has been top-notch. We launched during the COVID pandemic, and having a responsive team made all the difference. Gamaal and Claudia have been incredible — always professional, helpful, and quick to find solutions. They don’t just talk about support; they actually provide it. Proud to represent the Coverall brand and thankful for a team that truly wants to see franchise owners succeed!

I wish I had looked this business up on Google prior to signing up! I thought the over 2 years of follow-up from the representative must have meant they had a good service to back that up. I signed a contract around Feb/March 2019 and had issues after the first visit, they did not touch a room (pictured) that was included in our contract. They were in touch right away and said they would be back out to take care of things. After second visit, the room again looked filthy, baseboards dirty, basically untouched. Contacted them again, with pictures, and they were quick to respond and came out again, at which point I took these photos. Their contract stated that they have 14 days to remedy any issues. This has gone on for 2 months at this point as my first contact with issue was March 1

Had a great experience working with Coverall. Their customer service is excellent. The regional sales manager AJ always followed up and the franchise development manager Gamaal ensured that the cleaners provided were within my budget.
