They listened when I needed them to and offered suggestions and new technology which I didn’t even know existed. I have used them over and over again for several projects and have referred them to family and friends. On top of all that, their prices were better than anywhere else I looked! Covering Broadway did my entire house and the work was superb. The project started with expert advice and the volume of floor covering to select from beats anything at a big box store. Prices were competitive and very reasonable. Covering Broadway has the prerequisite experience to know what works and was outstanding to work with. Their recommendations were invaluable and everything looked great. The installation was absolutely perfect and flawless, the project was completed ahead of schedule, worksite was neat as a pin and there were no surprises. Not only did Covering Broadway open up the showroom at a time when they would ordinarily have been closed, Ryan was the best. He offered us options we had no idea existed. We could not be happier with the work that Covering Broadway did in our house in Red Lodge! Sherry and Sandy helped us pick out flooring (LVP), tile for our bathroom floor, tile for our shower, tile for our kitchen backsplash, and window coverings. Due to supply issues, some of the things we ordered would not arrive in time. Sherry and Ryan went out of their way to help us find replacements that would arrive in time. The flooring, tile, and window coverings are perfect. Everyone in the shop is friendly, helpful, and professional. We very highly recommend Covering Broadway.

Excellent experience, high quality work, wonderful customer service! We were looking to have wood floors put in our home along with new tile and full carpet. Being new to Red Lodge and residing in our home only part-time, I wanted to work with someone in the local community.
