Rico refinished my grandfather's mid-century lounger and I couldn't be happier with the results. The wood now glows and the the grain comes through so beautifully. He is a master craftsman. Rico discussed stain options with me and did a test to look at before we moved forward. His prices were reasonable and work was timely. He helped coordinate with the upholster who provided new webbing and cushions. I also had him redo the canning on a separate chair and the results seem OK, though not as strong as the lounger chair. Caning pricing is also steep. Rico seems to communicate best by phone, rather than by e-mail. He always called me back in a timely manner and was on time for our scheduled appointment times.

I had a great experience with Rico and Cow Hollow Woodworks. My AirBnB guests stained my oak dining room table with multiple oil spots all over it. I requested quotes to refinish the table from about 10 different vendors. Of everyone I reached out to, Rico got back to me right away, offered the lowest quote, was available sooner than anyone else, and fixed my table on site. The table looks amazing now. Highly recommend!!
