Mary was amazing! I came in knowing exactly which shower head I wanted after my contractor sent me here when I couldn’t find it at Lowe’s or Home Depot. She ordered it for me and it arrived the very next day. She also helped me grab all the other items I needed for the install, which I would never have known on my own. Everything was reasonably priced, and in some cases cheaper than the big box stores. The staff up front were very welcoming as well. Great customer service—highly recommend!

I bought all my bathroom hardware here last year with Alexis. And she was the best! She helped me create a unique combo. Using Brizo and Kohler products. Highly recommend this place and Alexis for her knowledge!

A big shout-out to Eric at Cowan Supply! I had a sink soap pump to replace . In the scheme of things a small item- not worth the effort and certainly not a profitable item. Eric spent time to research the item and forward a replacement to me. I received item in 3 days! Just in time for Thanksgiving and 18 house guests!!!
