Recently, we completed our kitchen remodel and had the pleasure of working with Cowford Cabinetry & Design. Prior to selecting Cowford, I had met with several other local cabinet companies, but chose Cowford because of their pricing, wide selection of products and professionalism from the design team. From start to finish, the process was very smooth and hassle free. Everyone was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. At every step of the process, the design and installation team communicated what was happening and when. I could not be more happy with the process or end product. I bought cabinets from Prolific in September of 2021. Unbeknown to me, they sold to Cowford in December . It took months for the cabinets to be delivered correctly. Upon delivery of the cabinets, at 11:30 pm on Friday night, I called Cowford and was advised the they purchased Prolific but not their customers. I hired a cabinet installer and he did a great job with what he had ,but order was wrong , no spacers and island has two twenty four inch cabinets instead of one 24” and one 12” cabinets. Cabinet doors hit walls when opened and island is huge. Two of the cabinet shelves have fallen but my husband has put additional wood so they will not fall again. Cowford owner TRIED, in his opinion, to help but he couldn’t /wouldn’t even send someone out to check the damaged/ incorrect cabinets, as
