Brian came out the same day I called. He got to work right away and inspected my entire dryer and fixed the problem in about thirty minutes. He was calm, clean and acted professional the entire time he was here. I'm going to recommend him to all of my family and friends!

I called regarding a refrigerator issue at my rental house for our tenant. He was able to come out same day. All was well & then.. He said he was just going to leave the receipt there in the kitchen. I asked if he could mail the invoice as I don't reside there. This infuriated him! I was taken aback & confused. The last thing I want to do is upset anyone. I had no idea mailing an invoice to a customer would put him out. He said he doesn't have any stamps and it's a hassle. I mentioned again that I don't live there & asked if sending via email would be easier. This infuriated Brian even more. Stated he doesn't know how to do that and that it's just him & 3 other guys, & he hasn't been on a vacation for 3 years! Then asked for my credit card number. He said he could text me a pic. I have used Cox Appliance Repair several times over the last 3 years for a variety of issues (dishwasher, washer, oven). Brian has also been extremely responsive and professional and has been able to fix every issue that has arisen without us having to purchase new units. Cannot recommend enough!

Not happy w/ Best Buys appliance repair Customer Service, I called a a local appliance company that a friend suggested a few months ago, Cox Appliance Service. To my surprise, they came that afternoon, inspected my 9-yr old Samsung dryer & quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty Master Control board). They ordered/replaced the part all w/in 2-days. They were very professional, answered all my questions & kept me informed throughout the process. My dryer is again running great! I will definitely use Cox Appliance Repair again and recommend them.
