Been trying to get a estimate for a couple months now, they had ok communication early, but lately just me trying to get ahold of them.....maybe my job wasn't profitable enough. It was for 1 Anderson Window replacement. I gave them one star because they were able to make me feel like they were the right people for the job.

We had an issue with our toilet that needed attention. We called Cox and explained what was going on. They said they would be over that day. You don't hear that very often and then - they were here later that day with a phone call to assure us they would be here. They arrived when they said they would be here and were professional, attentive to our questions, kind and fixed the problem. The problem was solved and the charge was very acceptable and fair. We will for sure have them again.

Wonderful service by Jay and his team! Was able to fit us in with our (slowly turning into) emergency!! Customer Service is TOP notch!

Steve was wonderful from beginning to end. Amazing job in such a short time that really helped us out.
