We paid 13K to have a carport tore off and replaced, and have the complete roof sprayed with the spray roofing. We paid the full amount up front and was told 2 to 3 weeks wait. This was the first of July, 2025. Finally they showed up the last week of September. Ok, so we was told they did not price it correct. So they was going to have to cut corners and use what wood was still good on the carport. The carport has iron post so basically just rebuild the roof. They didn't tear off the carport at all. They took off the roof and replaced it with some thing but not shingles. They left the boards that was good which to them was over half the carport.
