Coy Landscaping came out promptly to check our property and discuss a letter we got from a local utility company about a Backflow Preventer Test. We were unsure how to proceed. Our business location, in the past, was owned by a dental office and the property in the past had an irrigation system which is no longer in use. John arrived and was able to explain what was going on. He took the number for the Backflow company to contact them and explain the situation of our business to see if we still needed such a system. John was polite, courteous, helpful, and thorough in his explanation. We greatly appreciate him looking into this for us.
