We're renovating an old house with lots of plumbing quirks, and Michael has been a reliable superstar in our renovation journey: 1) He's extraordinarily knowledgable in identifying problems and fixing them. 2) He works thoroughly and efficiently, which I very much appreciate. And 3) He's responsive and shows up exactly when he says he's going to. Highly recommend.

Finally, a great local plumber! Michael is the atypical plumber who will methodically diagnose the issue, then repair / replace only what needs to be done at a fair price. He takes his time to explain issues in laymen terms anyone can understand. He handled two issues including 2 new water heaters this month. He followed up a few days later to check for leaks etc. Who the heck does that anymore? I'm the guy that never writes reviews unless service is really bad or really good. Coyote is GREAT and I will use them again. Thanks Michael!

Mike was helpful and efficient. There was a possibility that I would need a new water heater. Mike was leaving town but came by with enough time to help me with a replacement heater, if needed. The work on my faucets was very much appreciated. His thoughtfulness speaks to his character and work ethic.
