We have used their services for years but won’t be doing so anymore. During our most recent dealing with them, it took them three trips to our home to fix our heating system, each of which was very short but incurred a $75 labor charge. The first time they visited, they replaced a thermostat, thinking that would fix the issue. Shortly after they left, the system stopped working and we notified them of this. The second two visits is when they actually identified and fixed the problem. I’m not against paying a decent wage to the people that fix things in our home, but I do expect them to actually fix things correctly, and when they aren’t, I don’t expect to pay a full labor charge. If I could give a 0 star review, I would. This company has been called out to one of my closest friends house multiple times to fix the AC unit and she has been without AC for about 5 days now. Nothing has been done, and there are kids living in the home. They are unprofessional, and seem like it is a burden when they are asked to do a job.

Want a place that shows up late and does a bad job well you can find it here. My friend tried to get her a/c fixed for the extreme heat that has been going on. She has kids in the house and they don’t give a shit about it. It’s been a week and it shouldn’t have to be. It’s your job!

We called on a cold and snowy Saturday, during the Husker game. Roger was on a roof fixing a furnace, but he called back as soon as he could and came right away. It was warm and toasty in our house within a short time. This business has never disappointed us!
