Cozy Almonds Cleaning

Cleaner arrived on time, was courteous and friendly. Took awhile as there was only one person. With past companies, I have experienced a team of two to three people. My only disappointment, aside from how long it took, was I found a glass soap dispenser broken in a puddle of soap after the cleaner left. I wish she would have told me about it when it happened. The company did telephone after the service to ensure satisfaction. I found the broken dispenser after the call. It is minor, but again, I would have liked to have known when it happened. I will use Cozy Almond.in the future.

First time hiring a professional to clean my home. I didn’t know what to expect but I am very impressed. My was very professional and she went above and beyond with my home. Everything is so clean and she handled all of my items with care and ease!! I look forward to making this a recurring service and I will definitely be requesting My - she’s fabulous!!

I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I truly appreciate the communication and care that went into my cleaning. I have not been well and truly needed this. They were efficient and worked wonderfully around my family while we were home.

Crystal did a great job with my down stairs and deep cleaning all the facing to my cabinetry and both sets of blinds in my kitchen.

I called Cozy Almond Cleaning maybe a day or two for cleaning and they were were able to send someone out during the weekend within the next day. Joan did a great job! The house looks nice and clean and sparkly again. Hopefully we can maintain it but in any case, we look forward to the next cleaning. With 2 kids under two, the extra help is appreciated. Thank you!
