Mark and his team were excellent to work with. Mark is an good communicator, keeping up with email and text to keep me informed about the proposal, the schedule and the work status. His team where so nice and upbeat about all the small things that they need to do to make the work successful. Finally, I do feel a difference in the cold air coming in around the perimeter of our house and barn.

After the inspection Johnny and Domanique made me aware of the cracks I had in my home attic and how money was just pouring out of these cracks not holding air into my home. These guys and this company go above and beyond and don’t cut corners like some companies do. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about Mark, his crew, and the work they do. Great communication from planning to execution, fair and honest and accurate estimates, and most of all, amazing work. Our old home required putting some thought into the project and Mark really helped figure out the right approach. We’re done with the first stage of two (completing upper level in the fall) and I can’t wait to see the significant difference once we’re totally done!

Outstanding comprehensive Energy Audit performed by Mark Lantz. Our property is a confusing, crazy patchwork of old and new, basements and crawlspaces, with several disconnected, hard to access attics. He successfully advocated for us with MassSave and we received huge benefits under their program. The extensive re-insulation work was done by a top notch crew and reviews and revisions were made intelligently as required when a few "surprises" were discovered in poorly accessible areas. This was a huge and complex job that was expertly handled from start to finish. We can't recommend this company highly enough!
