Our home was purchased by cozy homes in humble. They put a lock box on our home and sent contractors to look at the place. They turned water on in there name and didn’t check the washer dryer outlet and flooded our belongings. Also one of there contractors stole two big crawfish pots out of our closed garage. So my 77 year old mother there was told that she can’t have a few extra days to move out and we needed to pay him 800 for 4 days rent or he would put her stuff on the street. He wouldn’t come talk to me but sent his wife to do the bidding. lol absolutely horrible company and will do a very unprofessional job. Trust me don’t sell to them or do any business dealings. He wanted to put a 77 year old lady on the street because she hadn’t got her as check till yesterday the 1st. Charged her
