called ahead to get efflorescence remover and they had it in stock. They were great and reasonably priced. I went back a few weeks later to get more and they said they only deal with businesses, but said he would sell it to me anyway, but the price was 50% more than the last time I came in. I told him that was too much and asked for my receipt from last time which I did not have so I left and plan to get from another company tomorrow.

I had to take the time to write a quick review about my experience at CPS. Dan Farley is the who helped me with my order. Dan went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly how much material I need for my retaining wall job and answered all my questions. He even called me from his personal line after they closed when he found out there was an issue with my order and is doing everything to help me get it sorted out. I can't speak for the rest of the team at CPS, but if they're anything like Dan then they're great. Thanks for the great experience. Because of it, I'll be coming to CPS for any materials I need that you sell.

Customer service is not great. Asked if they had an item, they told me don't. When I pressed that they were a distributor for said company, they then corrected themselves and said i could place an order. They missed this sale because their lack of knowledge of what they sell... maybe the lady was new.
